Oriana Beach House is a luxurious 4-bedroom holiday accommodation home located in Safety Beach, Victoria.
It is located directly opposite the beach (yes, just a 20 metre walk) and enjoys 180degree views of Port Phillip Bay.
There are 3 Bedrooms downstairs, each with their own ensuite, a common kitchen/utility area and shared open plan living and dining room at the front of the house, leading to the ever relaxing front porch that overlooks the water
Downstairs rooms are available individually or combined – just be aware others may be using any spare rooms and the main kitchen and livings areas downstairs are shared between all guests.
The main guest suite upstairs features a bedroom with ocean view, walk in robe, ensuite and powder room, kitchen and large living room leading to the balcony capturing expansive views across the bay.
(Please note the upstairs guest suite is only available for a minimum 7 night stay)

We spent eight nights in this lovely house. The lounge and kitchen/dining area offered very good space. We would highly recommend this house as it is a very pleasant place with easy access.
